I would definitely recommend this holiday if you're looking for a peaceful relaxing break. Very quiet location and very friendly helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble. Restaurant was lovely large meals at a reasonable price. Overall very satisfied with the holiday and hoping to go back in summer.

I would recommend going to a holiday park with log cabins if you want to get away from all the hustle of everyday life and want to relax. Log cabins in the right areas, away from traffic, are the most peaceful and relaxing way of a small break from work or everyday life, I would highly recommend this.

Ideal if you're looking for peace & quiet, with the bonus of having a hot tub. We found all the staff very friendly. Good food @ the on site Fitling Arms (you'll need to have a big appetite) A place to get away from it all.

We loved everything about the holiday. This was our 7th Hoseasons holiday this year and it was the best yet....it was 100% relaxing perfect after the Christmas festivities, we already have another 5 booked for 2011, we love Hoseasons :-)

If you're looking for a fully relaxing break in peaceful surroundings with not a soul for miles, then this one is for you. We went in December and we arrived to find a Christmas tree in the lodge which we thought was a very thoughtful and personal touch, which straight away made us feel cared for on the park.

I booked this holiday for my husbands 50th birthday & we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The pictures on the website really don't do this holiday justice, it was far better than we expected. The lodges are very spacious & spotlessly clean. The owners & staff were very friendly & helpful & always had a smile on their faces.
Anyone who likes to fish really won't be disappointed with this holiday, I've only been fishing 3 months & I caught a 9lb mirror carp & plenty of barbel. Plus after a day's fishing it was really nice to relax in the hot tub before curling up together in front of the log burner. This really was the holiday of our dreams & we are definitely booking again for next year.

We wanted a nice, quiet, relaxing break with no hassle, and that's exactly what we got. The accommodation was lovely, the facilities better than expected, and the on site pub and food was excellent (you need to be hungry to fully appreciate it, we starved ourselves on our last night to ensure we had a main and a dessert) Would we go again, too right we will.

We had such a relaxing holiday peace and quiet and plenty of fish. Food in the Fitling Arms is very good and you can also have takeaway. The hot tub is lovely at the end of the day when your arms are aching from all the fishing. We had two super weeks and can't wait to go back. It is miles from anywhere, the nearest shop is about five miles away but if you want peace and quiet this could be the holiday for you too.

Cannot rate this site highly enough. The owners go out of their way to make everything perfect and the hot tubs are an added bonus. The fishing is superb as the lake is closed to none residents so very peaceful. The restaurant on site serve fabulous meals and also do takeaways. A perfect retreat.

The peace and tranquility of the place was amazing - ducks to wake you up, the food in the restaurant was great, the accommodation perfect, and to top it off, we arrived in the snow and it was like a winter wonderland. Perfect, just perfect!

We stayed 10 minutes from home but visited places we didn't even know were there, and tasted local produce we wouldn't of found. The East Yorkshire coast has so much more to offer than we gave it credit for, it just goes to show you never know what is round the corner!

The staff/owners very friendly/helpful. Nice clean site, food at the compact (but being enlarged for 2009) bar/restaurant exceptional as was service, plus pricing reasonable. Fishing not too bad for time of year (late November) will try again in spring for definite. Jacuzzi a must though LOL.

Perfect for that get away, very relaxing and peaceful and the ducks provide the only noise. The resturant food is very good, and reasonably priced and it was fantastic to have your own hot tub to jump into morning and late evening, or any time you wish!

If you are looking for a nice quiet holiday then this is certainly it. Lovely log cabins with a hot tub set in beautiful scenery in the East Yorkshire moors. There is a 40 mile scenic drive passing through some beautiful quaint little villages. The village of Beverley is well worth a visit along with Bridlington for its beach. I cannot think of any part of the holiday that could be improved, it was our second time there and we enjoyed it as much as the first, so much so we have booked it again for next year!
